ASPHALT REPLACEMENT DRIVEWAYS

    As asphalt ages, it becomes necessary to replace your existing driveway.  Our trained asphalt specialist will meet with you, review your needs, and conduct a professional  site evaluation.  A proposal will be drawn up and submitted promptly.  Upon acceptance of our proposal,  Aurora Asphalt & Sealcoating will remove the existing asphalt and haul it to an authorized dumping location.  Aurora Asphalt & Sealcoating then will re-establish 6 inches of compacted, crushed concrete.  (limestone available for additional charge)  Our standard mat is paved with 41A hot asphalt and is 3 inches thick after being compacted with a double drum vibratory roller.  Cleanup is essential in completing the job.

    Life expectancy for replacement driveways is 10-15 years with proper maintenance.  Aurora Asphalt & Sealcoating warranty is for 3 years.  Warranty may be extended to 5 years if Aurora Asphalt & Sealcoating maintains the driveway 90 days after installation and again 3 years later by sealcoating.  An additional charge applies for this service.  The warranty excludes frost cracks, petroleum damage, punctures, and normal wear and tear.
