* 4 Easy Pay Plan is available for Aurora Asphalt & Sealcoating services that are charged to your Visa, MasterCard, or American Express credit card.  Minimum contracted services of  $800.00 required.  All requests for the Easy Pay Plan are subject to approval by Aurora Asphalt & Sealcoating after Aurora Asphalt & Sealcoating requests the first payment from your card issuer.   If Aurora Asphalt & Sealcoating does not approve this payment method and Aurora Asphalt & Sealcoating has received the first payment, it will be credited back in full.  You authorize Aurora Asphalt & Sealcoating to obtain a consumer report from one or more consumer reporting agencies in connection with this transaction and later in connection with subsequent transactions and/or the collection of you account.  Upon your written request to Aurora Asphalt & Sealcoating customer service department, Aurora Asphalt & Sealcoating will tell you whether such a report was obtained and the name and address of each consumer reporting agency from which Aurora Asphalt & Sealcoating obtained a consumer report on you.  Under this plan, Aurora Asphalt & Sealcoating will submit a payment amount to your credit card issuer at 30 day intervals representing 1/4th of the total bill.  A $75.00 fee per charge will be imposed by Aurora Asphalt & Sealcoating under this plan.  FINANCE CHARGES and ANNUAL PERCENTAGE RATE, if any, depend on the terms of your credit card and are payable only to your card issuer.  If Aurora Asphalt & Sealcoating is unable to obtain credit card authorization from your card issuer for any payments, your outstanding balance becomes due in full.  Any court/attorney fees associated with the collection of this debt will be included in the outstanding balance along with interest and late fees.
