Our trained asphalt specialist will meet with you, review your needs, and conduct a professional  site evaluation.  A proposal will be drawn up and submitted promptly.  Upon acceptance of our proposal, Aurora Asphalt & Sealcoating will establish 6 inches of compacted crushed concrete.  Our standard mat is paved with 41A hot asphalt and is 2-1/2 -  3 inches thick after being compacted with a double drum vibratory roller.  Cleanup is essential in completing the job.

Life expectancy for a new driveway or parking lot is between 10-15 years with proper maintenance.  Aurora Asphalt & Sealcoating warranty is for 3 years.  The warranty excludes frost cracks, petroleum damage, punctures, and normal wear and tear.
