ADDITIONS

   Many homeowners decide to add onto their existing driveway.  Reasons for additions to your driveway could be need for additional parking, area to play basketball, boat parking, easier access to 3rd car garage and much more.   

    Aurora Asphalt & Sealcoating will design your addition and show you exactly what it will look like on the proposal.  In some cases a retaining wall may need to be built to support the addition.  Any sod, rock, or ground material will be removed and leveled.  Crushed concrete (limestone for additional charge) will be brought in as needed to establish 6 inches of base material.  The base material will be compacted with a double drum vibratory roller.  Our standard mat is paved with 41A hot asphalt and is 3 inches thick after being compacted with a double drum vibratory roller.  Cleanup is essential in completing the job.

    Aurora Asphalt & Sealcoating warranty is for 3 years.  Warranty may be extended to 5 years if Aurora Asphalt & Sealcoating maintains the addition 90 days after installation and again 3 years later at an additional charge.  The warranty excludes frost cracks, petroleum damage, punctures, and normal wear and tear.
